Our store is hosted by "Shopify", They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

 

OBJECT

These conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions for placing orders for payment and delivery between the steezclub.com website and the customer.

 

PRODUCTS

All products for sale on the steezclub.com site are offered within the limits of available stocks.

The products available on the site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, SteezClub cannot be held liable.

The photographs of the products offered may undergo minimal variations (colors, sizes, shape).

The products are manufactured by hand, so they may be composed of small defects that will not justify a reason for return.

 

ORDER PROCESS

The customer can choose items from our product range and put them in his “Basket”.

By clicking on the “Order” button, the customer finalizes the order of the products appearing in the Basket.

He will then be asked to provide us with the data concerning him (including the data relating to the payment).

Before finalizing an order, the customer can at any time view and modify the details of his order.

It is also mandatory to accept these T&Cs before placing an order.

Otherwise it will not be possible to order products on the Website.

Placing your order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and the company, subject to the availability of the products ordered.

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming receipt and details of the order.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All our parcels are sent via LA POSTE services.

The Shipping Costs for any order placed in Metropolitan France are fixed and indicated by the seller in the form completed when placing the Order.

The seller undertakes to process the order within thirty days from the day following the validation of the order. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the times for processing, preparing and shipping the order (out of warehouse).

They run as soon as the order is validated.

 

MAIL

All purchased items are dispatched within 30 business days of ordering, although most items are dispatched within 15-20 business days.

Your delivery can take up to 3 weeks to arrive in case of heavy traffic.

RESPONSIBILITY

SteezClub is not liable for any loss or damage you may suffer if such loss or damage results from a case of force majeure, if it is attributable to the unforeseeable event of a third party, or if it is attributable to you.

If the customer's address is incorrect, SteezClub cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

 

RIGHT TO RETRACT

According to article L.l21•20 of the Consumer Code, any consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties, with the exception return costs.

This period is extended until the 1st following working day, if it expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday.

The products must be returned in their packaging and in their original condition with the order number.

They must be returned to the following address:

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

The prices of the products are displayed in euros.

For orders destined for countries outside the European Union, the regularization of customs fees will be requested from the Customer upon delivery.

 

SECURE PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, and is made by credit card via the secure system provided by the payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.

The information transmitted is encrypted in the state of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network.

Once the payment has been initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information.

In accordance with article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by card is irrevocable.

By communicating his banking information during the sale, the Customer authorizes the Seller to debit his card for the amount relating to the price indicated.

The Customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it.

 

We have no access to your identifiers and credit card numbers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing you both the identity of the payment organization and the confidentiality of the data.

Payment in installments is not permitted.

 

WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES

All the Products for sale on the Website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (L211-4 of the Consumer Code) allowing the User to return the products delivered which are defective or non-compliant.

-Article L2ll-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is required to deliver a compliant good existing at the time of delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Website, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.

Similarly, the trademarks, logos, designs and models appearing on the website are the exclusive property of the auto-entrepreneur SteezClub.

They cannot therefore be used under penalty of infringement.
