RIGHT TO RETRACT

According to article L.l21•20 of the Consumer Code, any consumer benefits from a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception return costs.

This period is extended until the 1st following working day, if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

The products must be returned in their packaging and in their original condition with the order number.

All Products on sale on the Website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (L211-4 of the Consumer Code) allowing the User to return defective or non-compliant products delivered.

-Article L2ll-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is required to deliver compliant goods existing at the time of delivery.
